Let us tell you that sweets are made with the help of khoya, ghee, oil, milk, artificial flavor and color and artificial things (chalk, urea, soap and whitener) are added to increase its quantity at low cost. These things can harm health in many ways. Apart from this, sweets are coated with a thin layer of aluminium, which increases the risk of various cancers (brain, mouth, prostate), respiratory diseases and kidney damage.

What are the disadvantages of adulterated sweets?

According to experts, adulterated sweets contain unsaturated fat, starch and some dangerous substances, which increase cholesterol level in the body. There is also a risk of heart disease and stroke due to adulterated sweets.

How to identify fake mothers

- If you are making sweets at home, don't take fake mava. Fake mao is sticky and has no taste.

To identify the right maw, rub it on the palm. If the maw bursts, understand that it is fake.

Put the mava in hot water and then cool it. Then add iodine solution to it. If the mauve turns blue then it is fake.
