Pradhan Mantri Gramin Awas Yojana List: Construction of 1.75 crore elders completed under the scheme

This information was provided by the Central Government on 16 March 2022 that under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin, 1.75 crore houses have been completed so far. 2.28 crore houses have been sanctioned under this scheme. Of these, 1.75 crore houses have been completed by 9 March 2022. This information was provided by Union Rural Development Minister Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti. To get the benefit of this scheme, the beneficiary is provided the amount for the construction of the house within 12 months from the date of approval.

This assistance is provided to the beneficiary in at least three installments. Apart from this, a target of construction of 2.95 crore houses was set under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin. Out of which approval has been given to continue the scheme till March 2024 to complete the remaining houses.

Pradhan Mantri Gramin Awas Yojana List: The amount of the first installment released to the citizens of Tripura

On November 14, Prime Minister Narendra Modi released the first installment of Pradhan Mantri Gramin Awas Yojana to 1.47 lakh beneficiaries of Tripura through video conferencing. Through which a total amount of Rs 700 crore was sent to the account of the beneficiaries. Through this amount, beneficiaries living in kutcha houses in Tripura will be able to get their pucca house. This amount will be deposited in the account of the beneficiaries through a program. During which Union Rural Development Minister Narendra Singh Tomar and Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Dev will be present. In January, an amount of Rs 2691 crore was provided by the government to 6.1 lakh beneficiaries of Uttar Pradesh under the Gramin Awas Yojana List.

The target of providing pucca houses to all citizens by the year 2022 was set by the Prime Minister on 20 November 2016. Under which Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana was launched. So far 1.26 crore houses have been built through this scheme.

Approval letters given to 16472 beneficiaries in Uttarakhand

A program was organized on 31st July by the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Pushkar Singh Dhami. In which acceptance letters have been given to more than 100 beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Gramin Awas Yojana. Apart from this, the amount of the first installment has also been provided through this program. A total of 16472 beneficiaries have received acceptance letters in the state. In this program, it has also been announced by the Chief Minister that after the construction of houses, an amount of ₹ 5000 will also be provided to the beneficiaries. This amount will be provided for household items. Apart from this, all the beneficiaries have also been congratulated by the cabinet minister Yatheeswaranand and it has been assured that the selection of beneficiaries under this scheme will be done with transparency.

The officers have also been instructed to continuously monitor this scheme.

And make the benefits of the scheme reach the eligible beneficiaries. Apart from this, 94286 families that have been left out from the SECC-2011 survey eligibility list have also been identified through Awas Plus. Out of these, 29142 families have been found ineligible and 65144 families have been found eligible. Out of which 2865 families are landless. All these families will be provided a grant of Rs 1.30 lakh for the construction of the house. This amount will be disbursed in the account of the beneficiary in 3 installments.

Rural housing scheme benefits 6 lakh people of UP

On Wednesday, January 20, a financial assistance of Rs 2691 crore has been released by the Prime Minister of our country, Narendra Modi, for the beneficiaries of Uttar Pradesh under Gramin Awas Yojana. This financial assistance was announced by the Prime Minister through video conferencing. This amount was transferred to the bank accounts of all the beneficiaries through a single click. About 6.1 lakh beneficiaries will be benefited through this financial assistance. On this occasion, the Prime Minister also interacted with the beneficiaries of the scheme.

 

Out of these 6.1 lakh beneficiaries, 5.30 beneficiaries have been given the amount of the first installment and 80000 beneficiaries have been given the amount of the second. Union Rural Development Minister Narendra Singh Tomar, Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also attended the occasion.

So far, 1.26 crore pucca houses have been built across the country under the Pradhan Mantri Gramin Awas Yojana. Under this scheme, the area for construction has been increased from 20 square meters to 25 square meters. Including the kitchen area.

Under the Pradhan Mantri Gramin Awas Yojana, Rs 1.20 lakh will be provided in the plains and Rs 1.30 lakh will be provided in the hilly areas. This scheme was started in 2015.

Under the Pradhan Mantri Gramin Awas Yojana, financial assistance is provided to the weaker sections of the country to build their own pucca house or to get the old house repaired.

Pradhan Mantri Gramin Awas Yojana List: Selection of Beneficiary

Under this scheme, the selection / determination of beneficiaries will be done on the basis of parameters showing housing shortage in SECC 2011 data, after which validation will be done by the Gram Sabha.

Under the housing scheme list, those beneficiaries will be selected in place of BPL list according to SECC 2011 data for homeless families or those living in houses with one or two kutcha walls and kutcha roof.

The eligible beneficiaries will first be given priority on the basis of each category of homeless families and one or 2 kutcha rooms like SC, ST, minority and others.

Under this scheme, priority will not be given to the houses of more than 1 or 2 rooms of families belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Castes, Minorities and not each such category.

Rajsamand district got first place in Prime Minister's Rural Housing Scheme

The ranking of the implementation of this scheme is issued by the Union Ministry of Rural Development. This ranking has been released by the Union Ministry of Rural Development on 16 December. Rajsamand district of Rajasthan is in first place under Pradhan Mantri Gramin Awas Yojana. In the last three years, a target of 10 thousand 289 houses was set in Rajsamand district. Keeping in view this target, 10 thousand 79 houses have been constructed in the district. This means that 98.07 percent target has been achieved in Rajsamand district. Due to which this district has got the first position at the national level. From last 5 months Rajsamand district is at first place in Rajasthan.

14 districts of the state are included in the first 50 districts in the successful implementation of Pradhan Mantri Gramin Awas Yojana. Which are Rajsamand, Bundi, Dosa, Dungarpur, Sawai Madhopur, Pali, Bhilwara, Hanuman Nagar, Nagaur, Sri Ganganagar, Pratapgarh, Banswara, Udaipur and Jalore? Bundi is ranked 12th, Dosa is at 13th, Dungarpur is at 16th and Sawai Madhopur is at 24th.

In the first phase of Pradhan Mantri Gramin Awas Yojana, a target of 6.87 lakh houses was set in Rajasthan. Out of which 6.70 lakh houses have been constructed.

In the second phase, 65.35 percent houses have been constructed so far. Permanent Preference List will be prepared on the basis of Census 2011.

All the families who have come in this list have been given housing approval. As soon as permission is given by the Government of India, the work of construction of houses of eligible families will be started.

Prime Minister's Rural Housing Scheme 2022

Under this scheme, the central government is providing financial assistance to the weaker sections of the rural areas to build their own pucca house and the government is also helping them financially to make the old house pucca. Under the Pradhan Mantri Gramin Awas Yojana, the central government is providing financial assistance of Rs 120000 to the economically weaker families of rural areas for construction of houses in plain areas and Rs 130,000 for construction of houses in hilly areas.
